Using SendPath AI

In the campaign editor it writes, reviews and varies your sequence. You apply what it proposes.

Under an answer it can offer buttons: start warm-up, change a mailbox's daily cap, create a draft campaign, save something to memory, or open a page. Nothing changes until you click, and changes to sending ask you to confirm first. You can attach JPG, PNG or PDF files (up to 3, 5 MB each) or speak instead of typing.

Memory

Memory is what SendPath AI knows about your business: what you do, your website and tone, your offers, the customers you email, competitors, rules to follow, and things you asked it to remember. Every draft and review uses it, so the more it knows, the better it writes.

   Step 1: On the SendPath AI page, open Memory.

   Step 2: Click Import from website. It suggests a description, offers and customer profiles from your homepage.

   Step 3: Check each suggestion, edit it, and save. Nothing is saved until you do.

Say “remember that...” in a chat and it offers a Remember button.

Tasks

Tasks are work SendPath AI does on its own once you switch them on. They only ever draft.

Draft replies for me

Every reply labelled interested, meeting or question gets a draft waiting in its thread on Replies.

Weekly report

A summary of the week in the tasks feed.

Tasks use credits. Monthly limit for tasks caps what they can spend, and they pause when credits run out.

Chats

Chats are saved for you. On the SendPath AI page, each chat's menu pins it, renames it or deletes it.

What it won't do

• Send an email or a reply.
• Change anything without your click.
• Get past the pre-send gate. A change it suggests goes through the same checks as doing it by hand.
• Make up facts. It leaves placeholders like [price] instead.
