SendPath AI's writing and answers use credits. Sending, the gate, reply labels and unsubscribe detection never do.

There's no fixed price per action. Each piece of work uses what it actually costs, so a short question uses a few credits and a long PDF or a whole sequence uses more.

A plan's credits renew on the 1st of each month. Unused plan credits don't carry over.

- A pack lasts 12 months, and is used after the plan's credits.
- You're told when 80% are used, and again when they run out.

The Credits part of the SendPath AI page shows your balance, the credits used each month by feature, and roughly how much time SendPath AI saved you.
If something's wrong
- I can't buy credits.
- Only a workspace owner can buy them.
- Tasks stopped drafting.
- They hit their Monthly limit for tasks, or credits ran out. Raise the limit on the Tasks part of the SendPath AI page, or buy a pack.
