How SendPath works

In short

Four stages: set up sending, prepare your audience, write and launch, then get results. Each stage has its own checks, so problems are caught before an email goes out.

Click any step to read about it.

The four stages

1. Set up sending
Connect mailboxes you already own. DNS records prove the mail is yours, and warm-up builds each mailbox's reputation.
2. Prepare your audience
Import your own lists. Verification removes addresses that would bounce. Unsubscribes and bounces are suppressed for good.
3. Write and launch
Write a sequence: a first email and its follow-ups. A campaign sends it to a list from the mailboxes you pick, once the pre-send gate passes.
4. Get results
Emails go out a little at a time, inside your schedule. SendPath reads the replies, labels them, and stops the sequence for everyone who answered.

Who does what

SendPath

  • Spreads emails across your mailboxes, inside each one's daily cap and your schedule, with a gap between them.
  • Checks every email against the gate just before it goes out.
  • Warms up the mailboxes you choose, and watches where their mail lands.
  • Reads replies, labels them, and stops the sequence for anyone who replied.
  • Suppresses unsubscribes and bounces automatically.

You

  • Bring the mailboxes and the contact lists. SendPath never supplies either.
  • Write the emails. SendPath AI can draft and review them.
  • Answer replies from your own mailbox. SendPath never sends a reply.

Why sending sometimes slows or stops

SendPath protects your domain first. It slows or holds sending when:

  • a mailbox's bounces go over 5% (counted once it has sent 50). It stops until you resume it.
  • a mailbox's warm-up mail lands in spam. Under 80% in the inbox halves its campaign emails; under 60% holds them.
  • the plan's emails for the month run out, or a payment fails.
  • an email fails a gate check at the last moment. That email is skipped and recorded.

Each one shows on Home under Needs attention, with the fix.
