Plans and billing

In short

Each workspace has its own plan. Plans differ only in how much you send, store and write with AI; every feature is on every plan.

Every plan has unlimited mailboxes and members, verification for every contact, the full pre-send gate, warm-up, and AI reply labels with automatic unsubscribe. Yearly billing saves 20%. “Emails” counts emails handed to receiving servers; warm-up mail and test emails aren't counted.

The free trial

The free trial isn't a plan: it's the first 14 days of your first workspace, with no card needed. Choose a plan any time during it; when it ends without one, the workspace becomes read-only until you do. A workspace you add later chooses its plan when it's created.

Choose or change a plan

Step 1: In Settings, open Plan and billing.
Step 2: Pick Monthly or Yearly (save 20%), then the plan, and pay at checkout.
Step 3: To change the card, see invoices or cancel, use Manage billing.

Only the workspace owner can choose a plan or change billing.

When you reach a limit

Emails: when the month's emails are used, campaigns pause until the 1st or until you upgrade. The gate shows how many are left before you launch.
Contacts: an import that would go over the plan's limit is refused. Delete old lists or upgrade.
Verifications: buy verification credits (from $3.90 per 1,000, they never expire), upgrade, or wait for the 1st. See Verification credits.
AI credits: buy a pack, or wait for the 1st. See Credits.

If a payment fails

Everything keeps working for 7 days, with a banner. After that the workspace becomes read-only and campaigns pause. Nothing is deleted, and paying restores it. The same happens when a trial ends without a plan.

If something's wrong

A campaign stopped and says the sends are used.: The plan's emails for the month ran out. Upgrade in Settings, or wait for the 1st.
The workspace is read-only.: A payment failed more than 7 days ago, or the trial ended. The owner can fix it under Plan and billing.
