Getting started

In short

SendPath sends cold email from mailboxes you already own, to lists you bring. Setting up takes an afternoon; new mailboxes then warm up for about two weeks.

Your first campaign in 7 steps

Home shows the same steps as a checklist, and ticks each one off as you go.

  1. Step 1: Connect your mailboxes. On Senders, click Connect sender. Google and Microsoft connect in one click. See Connect your mailboxes.
  2. Step 2: Fix your domain's DNS, if Senders shows a red check. These records prove your mail is really yours. See Set up your domain.
  3. Step 3: Turn on warm-up for new mailboxes. They need about two weeks to earn trust. See Warm-up.
  4. Step 4: Add your business address in Settings. Every cold email must show one. See Unsubscribe and address rules.
  5. Step 5: Import and verify a list. Verification removes addresses that would bounce. See Import contacts.
  6. Step 6: Write your first email, as a template or straight in a campaign. See Write your emails.
  7. Step 7: Launch your first campaign. It starts once every check is green, including a test email. See Campaigns.

Three things to know

Your mail, your lists
Emails go out from your own mailboxes. SendPath plans, checks and schedules them. It never provides mailboxes or sells contacts.
Nothing skips the gate
Every campaign, and every single email, must pass the pre-send gate first. No setting or button gets around it.
AI drafts, you decide
SendPath AI writes, reviews and explains. It never sends an email or a reply. You apply its suggestions and send replies yourself.

Ask SendPath AI What should I do next? (the sparkles at the bottom right). It answers from your workspace.
Every step is done, but nothing is sending.
A campaign sends only inside its schedule and only after every gate check passes. Open the campaign and click Launch to see each check. See Nothing is sending.
